In this video I perform a Trigger Point Release to his Upper Trapezius. I find this technique is very helpful reducing tissue tension, improving ROM and decreasing his pain. I never use just one technique as my treatment. This is typically used in conjunction with multiple manual therapy techniques.
In this video I perform levator scapulae pin and stretch technique to help reduce tension and relieve triggerpoints in the levator scapulae muscle. This technique is also performed to increase cervical range of motion in flexion, side bend, and rotation. At CAP Physical Therapy we perform a variety of manual therapy techniques.
